Featured Recipe: Plums with Pear Blackberry Wine
3-4 fresh plums, pitted and halved
A’Dello Pear Blackberry Wine
Honey
Butter
Use 1 quart baking dish with lid. Cover bottom of dish with wine and honey to your taste.
Place plums (bottom side down) in wine sauce to moisten. Invert plums and moisten the tops. Place cut sides of plum face down in pan. Dot with butter.
Cover and bake at 325˚F in oven 20-30 minutes or until tender. Makes four servings.
Eat warm or cold. Fabulous alone or on top of ice cream. This recipe will also work for variations such as peaches with A'Dello peach wine, blackberries with A'Dello pear blackberry wine, etc.
