The Upper Merion Farmers Market began as a dream by “dreamers of the day.” Now, it is a reality.
We’re proud to welcome you to new Upper Merion Farmers Market! We think you’ll enjoy the farm-fresh goods and sustainable products you’ll find at the market. We have nearly 20 (and growing!) local farmers and producers who are looking forward to meeting you and sharing their labors with you.
Please mark your calendars to visit us each Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., from May 15 through November 20, 2010. Join the conversation and – together – let’s create a buzz!
Mission Statement
Our Farmers Market will:
- Support our local economy by providing opportunities to local producers to sell their produce and products directly to residents of Upper Merion and surrounding communities
- Provide fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses, and other farmers' market products to local residents
- Enrich the quality of life in Upper Merion through supporting an environment for community gatherings, education, and interaction between residents and farmers
- Support sustainable agriculture in Pennsylvania and expand its public health and environmental benefits.
